| Construction
of 32m Passenger Catamaran"Ashleigh-R "... |

In
summer 2004 the 32m passenger carrying catamaran "Ashleigh-R"
was successfully completed and delivered to Blue
Funnel Cruises in Southampton.
Designed by TT Boat Designs, and built by Aveco
Teesside Ltd we carried out the complete electrical &
mechanical outfitting contract.

The
vessel is powered by 2 x Scania
D12 marine diesel engines driving through 2 fixed propellors.
These are arranged in two separate enginerooms, one in each
hull section. Each engineroom also contains a diesel generator
feeding the vessel services via an MJR Controls designed and
built switchboard and electrical power distribution system.
